The rear light failed after 3 months. Customer service replaced the light promptly without any problems.

No instructions and not intuitive

Beware when buying this light. The light comes with 4-5 extra screws and no instructions or even a picture of where it goes on the bike. I love Tower, and their customers service is excellent, but their biggest fail is on instructions, inexcusable for a B2C org.
